Membership Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: June 2026
These Membership Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your subscription and membership with The Edge, A Leader’s Magazine (“The Edge,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing, renewing, or using a membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms are in addition to our Website Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between these Membership Terms and the Website Terms & Conditions, these Membership Terms shall prevail with respect to membership-related matters.
1. Membership Overview
The Edge offers membership subscriptions that provide access to exclusive content, premium articles, interviews, publications, events, and other member benefits that may be introduced from time to time.
Membership benefits may vary depending on the subscription plan selected and are subject to change at our discretion.
We reserve the right to modify, add, suspend, or discontinue membership features, benefits, pricing, or offerings at any time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase a membership.
By creating a membership account, you represent and warrant that:
The information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
3. Membership Plans and Billing
Membership fees are displayed at the time of purchase.
By purchasing a membership, you authorize The Edge and its payment processing providers to charge your selected payment method for all applicable membership fees, taxes, and recurring subscription charges.
Membership fees are billed in advance and are payable immediately upon purchase or renewal.
Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.
4. Automatic Renewal
Unless otherwise stated, memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing period.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel your membership.
Renewal charges will be processed using the payment method on file at the then-current subscription rate.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your billing information remains accurate and up to date.
We may send renewal reminders, billing notices, or subscription-related communications to the email address associated with your account. Failure to receive such communications does not relieve members of their responsibility to manage or cancel their subscriptions before renewal.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
Cancellation will prevent future renewal charges but will not affect the current paid membership period.
Unless otherwise required by law, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any portion of the current billing period.
Following cancellation, your membership benefits will remain active until the end of the paid subscription term.
6. Refund Policy
Membership fees are generally non-refundable.
If you believe your subscription renewed in error, you may contact us within seven (7) days of the renewal date. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests where membership benefits have been accessed, downloaded, viewed, or otherwise used following renewal.
Approved refunds may be issued to the original payment method and may be reduced by any non-recoverable payment processing fees charged by third-party payment providers, where permitted by applicable law.
Duplicate charges, billing errors, or unauthorized transactions reported promptly may be eligible for a full refund at our discretion.
